With a background in branding and a passion for the creative process, he approaches every project with strategic insight and attention to detail — from shaping brand direction to ensuring operational excellence. He takes a hands-on role at Lumin, personally overseeing the creative work and serving as the main point of contact to ensure a seamless client experience.

Josh brings a refined eye and strategic mindset to every project he touches. With over a decade of experience across branding, print, and digital, he’s known for turning complex briefs into clean, impactful design. At Lumin, he leads creative execution with thoughtfulness, precision, and a focus on delivering design that resonates and performs.
Maria keeps the engine running at Lumin. She manages finances, admin, and the many behind-the-scenes details that allow the creative team to stay focused. With a sharp eye for process and a calm, can-do attitude, Maria brings structure, clarity, and reliability to every part of the studio’s day-to-day.
